1. Confirm your requirements
Identify the device and app you intend to use. Confirm compatibility and required content with support before choosing a subscription.
2. Choose your subscription
Choose 1, 2, 6, or 12 months of access, with options for one to five screens. All listed prices are in USD. Compare the available plans.
3. Provide your setup information
Complete the customer, username, device, app, and viewing-preference fields. Check existing-line details carefully when renewing. Enter a MAC address only when needed.
4. Review and pay
Review the order summary before payment. If no payment method is available, contact support rather than repeatedly submitting the order.
5. Allow time for activation
Allow approximately 1–6 hours after purchase. Actual timing may vary. If you need an update, contact support with your order number.
6. Renew manually
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Review your expiry date and request the renewal instructions for your account before the current term ends.
